Richard Erb

Instructor of Trombone and Euphonium

B.F.A., Carnegie Institute of Technology; Bass Trombone, Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra

Richard Erb has studied with Edward Kleinhammer, Byron McColloh, and Arnold Jacobs. He also has performed with the San Antonio, Pittsburgh, and Chatauqua symphonies. During the summer, Erb teaches lower brass and chamber music for the National Youth Orchestra of Canada and the Conservatory of Music in Toronto. He has been with the College of Music faculty since 1974.
