John Vidacovich has recorded with Al Belletto, Professor Longhair, Tony Dagradi, John Scofield, and George Gaslini. He and his group, Astral Project, have recorded several CDs and have performed in the United States, Europe, and Japan. He also has performed with Eddie Harris, Mose Allison, Kenny Barron, David Liebman, Richard Beirach, Tom Harrell, John Abercrombie, Joe Williams, Milt Jackson, Randy Becker, and Sam Rivers. He has been with the College of Music faculty since 1982.
