John Crutti

Instructor in Music Industry Studies

B.S. in Music Business, Loyola University New Orleans

John Crutti has worked as an audio engineer in New Orleans for seven years. He earned a degree in music business from Loyola University, where he produced several recordings for College of Music faculty, students, and staff. With Loyola's Department of Information Technology, he develops and maintains music technology facilities such as the Multimedia Traning Center computer lab in the Monroe Library. He has been a Music and Entertainment Industry Students Association member since 2000. He owns and operates “The Nation” Recording Studio in uptown New Orleans. He also is head of the Live Recording and Studio Consulting divisions of New Orleans Music Exchange. He has been with the College of Music faculty since 2004.
