Gregory Davis

Gregory Davis is a founding member of the Dirty Dozen Brass Band, an internationally acclaimed group credited with the revival of traditional brass band music in New Orleans. He currently serves as music director for the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival and as musician liaison for the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Foundation. Additionally, Davis serves on the Board of Governors for the Memphis Chapter of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (The Grammy Awards). He has been with the College of Music since 2003.
