Frank Mayes

Frank Mayes has taught and performed throughout the United States. He has taught at Xavier University in New Orleans, Atlantic Christian College in North Carolina, and Sherman School of Music in California. His extensive performance and recording credits include work with Dr. John, Aaron Neville, Allen Toussaint, Ronnie Kole, The Temptations, The Beach Boys, George Clinton, Arlo Guthrie, The Supremes, and Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus. He has been a member of the New Orleans Swingophonic Jazz Orchestra and the WBYO Radio Orchestra. He has been with the College of Music faculty since 1994.
