Carmen Leerstang

Staff Accompanist

Carmen Leerstang currently serves as organist for the College of Music and Most Holy Name of Jesus Church for several years. She has served as organist for Gates of Prayer Temple and First United Methodist Church. In addition, Leerstang is rehearsal pianist/accompanyist for the College of Music, the Symphony Chorus of New Orleans, and the Concert Choir of New Orleans. She is also a member of the Windsor Court Hotel Chamber Trio. She has been with the College of Music faculty since 2000.
